Think You’re Tidy AF?
We’re always looking for hardworking, detail-obsessed humans who love turning chaos into calm. If you’re dependable, professional, kind, efficient, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work your ass off, you might fit right in!
You don’t need to have a perfectly organized house to work here. You do need to give a damn about doing exceptional work.

This Isn’t Just Organizing
Yes, we make spaces beautiful. But the real job is making people’s lives easier.
One day you might be creating a picture-perfect pantry. The next, you’re unpacking a family after a move, sorting through decades of belongings, organizing a garage, hauling donations, assembling products, or labeling approximately one million baskets.
Our clients invite us into their homes during some of the busiest, messiest, and sometimes most vulnerable seasons of their lives. They trust us to show up with professionalism, discretion, kindness, and absolutely zero judgment.
This work is very physical. Plans change and we pivot. Every home is different, and sometimes the solution isn't obvious until we're elbow-deep in it.
That's part of what makes this work so rewarding.

You Might Be Tidy AF If...
You notice the details other people miss. You’re ridiculously dependable, work efficiently without getting sloppy, and can take direction without needing constant supervision.
You can read a room. You know when to jump in, when to ask a question, and when to simply get shit done. You handle changing plans without falling apart and understand that feedback is how good people get even better.
Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy helping people. You believe there’s no room for judgment in someone else’s home, and you care just as much about creating systems that work as making them look beautiful.
What matters around here:
Professionalism. Accountability. Efficiency. Discretion. Creativity. Zero judgment. And doing excellent work, even when no one is watching.

What Working With Us Looks Like
Tidy AF projects happen throughout the greater Greenville area and range from a few hours to multi-day, whole-home transformations.
Our organizers work as part of a team and should be comfortable spending the day on their feet, bending, reaching, lifting, climbing stairs, moving products and boxes, and working in the real-life conditions that come with organizing homes.
Reliable transportation, dependable availability, professional communication, and the ability to follow established processes are essential.
Schedules vary based on our project calendar, so this is a great fit for someone who appreciates flexibility and understands that when you commit to a project, your team is counting on you to show up.

Grow With Us
Come ready to learn. We'll give you opportunities to grow.
You don’t need years of professional organizing experience to start with Tidy AF. We care a whole lot more about your work ethic, ability to problem solve independently, attention to detail, ability to learn, and how you show up for your team and our clients.
Team members receive hands-on training, feedback, and opportunities to take on more responsibility as their skills grow.
Our organizers may progress from Associate Organizer → Experienced Associate → Lead Organizer → Leadership Opportunities.
Growth here isn't based on how long you've been around. It's based on the skills, reliability, leadership, and client experience you consistently demonstrate.
